Part2ism
Part2ism is a difficult artist to summarise in a phrase or two. Whilst I’ll try, I don’t think I’ll do a particularly good job it at. Probably best to skip to the pictures below to truly appreciate the beauty of his pieces.
Part2ism is an artist with no boundaries and is always trying to break the moulds of the typical street artist. His art is thought provoking and his well rounded ladies are often controversial. With over two decades of gracing the streets with his pieces, his experience is certainly evident in his work. Part2ism’s works aren’t constricted by any medium, he uses a whole host of tools to their strengths from straight freehand aerosol to wheat pastes.

He hasn’t been doing wheat pastes. You got him confused with Mike Marcus who was putting paste ups of the same thing on the street for years before Part2ism started painting them. Part2ism plagiarized a lesser known artist and used his success to promote his own career.

I saw some work of Mike Marcus the other day and thought it was a copy of Part2ism!

I think you’ll find if you look at the myspace page of the girl part2ism is working with on those images she has been doing gas mask nudes since 2005. Plus part2ism was pasting up gas masks since 2001 with paper aeroplanes. Their present series is nothing like the photographer/paste up guy that your talking about. It baffles me how people can’t differentiate as the pasteup/photo guy just puts the same image up over and over…. part2ism actually has a concept i doubt your guy even knows what a concept is…, the only thing similiar here is they use a gas mask, not the same one i’ll add….people have been using gas masks in imagery since late 1800’s …come on guys get real!!

You should see pimp guides old article of 2005 with part2ism and the gas mask charcter he placed on the tube (the same pic above here), i remember this magazine was free all over London

I read somewhere Mike Marcus has only been in the uk a year I think someone is trying to pull the wool over our eyes here
